The staff, including Mr Dinesh, Mr Harish, and Miss Isugu at reception, were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience and providing me with a comfortable room on the 6th floor. the room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. the strategic location near the airport was convenient for my travels and offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. the staff's professionalism and warmth created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. From the impeccable cleanliness of the room to the hotel's top-quality facilities, such as the soundproofed rooms and free toiletries, every aspect surpassed my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the personalized service, with Vaibhav from the concierge remembering me from a previous visit-an outstanding example of attentive hospitality. My experience at Pride Plaza Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning to this oasis of comfort and convenience on my future trips to Delhi.
